Other Income/Expense During the nine months ended September 30, 2011, the Company and one of its international distributors entered into a mutual settlement and termination agreement in which the Company agreed to an early termination of this distributor’s contracts for $3,000,000. The contracts with this distributor were terminated as a result of this distributor not performing in accordance with their contracts, and there was no litigation. The loss of this distributor did not have a significant impact on the Company’s revenues or gross margin. The Company is in the process of securing another distributor for this region.
