Recent Accounting Pronouncements On January 1, 2012, the Company adopted ASU 2011-05, “Presentation of Comprehensive Income,” which improves the comparability of financial reporting and ensures that U.S. generally accepted accounting principles are aligned with International Accounting Standards. The adoption of ASU 2011-05 did not have a material impact on the Company’s financial position and results of operations.
