Other Income/Expense During the six months ended June 30, 2011, the Company and one of its international distributors entered into a mutual settlement and termination agreement in which the Company agreed to an early termination of this distributor’s contracts for $3,000,000. This amount was received on February 8, 2011 and was included in Other Income on the Company’s Consolidated Financial Statements. The contracts with this distributor were terminated as a result of this distributor not performing in accordance with their contracts, and there was no litigation. The Company is in the process of securing another distributor for this region. The loss of this distributor will not have a significant impact on the Company’s revenues or gross margin. Other expense for the six and three months ended June 30, 2010 consists of the recognition of $3,320,000, which represents the net present value of the estimated Contingent Purchase Price related to Palladium as described in Note 12.
