These Class B shares are convertible at any time and they do not expire. 219,100 of the shares of Class B Common Stock were converted to shares of Class A Common Stock on the above date.</footnote><footnote id="F3">The amount of derivitive securities beneficially owned at the above date is; 4,031,634 shares of Class B Common Stock.
