22.         Dividend Reinvestment Plan

The Company has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan which allows for participants’ reinvestment of cash dividends and certain optional additional investments in the Bancorp’s common stock.  Shares issued under the plan and the consideration received were 93,182 shares for $3.5 million in 2023, 86,501 shares for $3.7 million in 2022, and 84,011 shares for $3.6 million in 2021.
