20. Dividend Reinvestment Plan

The Company has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan which allows for participants’ reinvestment of cash dividends and certain optional additional investments in the Bancorp’s common stock. Shares issued under the plan and the consideration received were 358,157 shares for $9.8 million in 2020, 93,143 shares for $3.4 million in 2019, and 69,084 shares for $2.8 million in 2018.
