Income Taxes	Income Taxes Our effective tax rate was 29.3% and 28.5% for the three and six months ended June 30, 2012, respectively, and was 25.3% and 74.3% for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011, respectively. The changes from the prior year were primarily due to the recognition and measurement of previously unrecognized tax benefits, which was considered a discrete item for tax provision purposes for the six months ended June 30, 2011. The recognition and measurement of these tax benefits was the result of a favorable settlement of an income tax examination conducted by the Internal Revenue Service.
