SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	16. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In January 2014, the Company acquired LT, an Eagle Ford based provider of rental equipment. In February 2014, the Company acquired Wildcat, a provider of wireline services primarily in the Eagle Ford basin, and also in the Marcellus/Utica basin. The purchase price (all cash) of LT and Wildcat was approximately $255.
