As previously reported in a Form 8-K filed March 20, 2006, Safeco’s Board of Directors appointed Charles Rinehart as director effective on that date. Effective May 24, 2007, Safeco’s Board of Directors appointed Mr. Rinehart to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
