As previously reported in a Form 8-K filed February 18, 2005, Safeco’s Board of Directors appointed Gary Locke as director on February 16, 2005. On May 4, 2005, Safeco’s Board of Directors appointed Gary Locke to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
