Acquisitions and Dispositions	NOTE 2 — ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS During the quarters ended March 31, 2016 and 2015, we paid $9 million and $28 million, respectively, to acquire other nonhospital health care entities. During the quarter ended March 31, 2016, we received proceeds of $4 million and recognized a net pretax loss of $1 million related to sales of real estate and other investments. During the quarter ended March 31, 2015, we received proceeds of $15 million and recognized net pretax gains of $9 million related to sales of real estate and other investments.
