On October 19, 2015, Michael G. Huston resigned his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other opportunities. The Company intends to replace Mr. Huston and has begun the process of evaluating candidates.
