Note 19.  Subsequent Event

In October 2011, Bank of America (“BOA”) gave notice of the termination of its correspondent lending agreement and early purchase program with the Company. BOA had previously purchased the majority of RMC’s loans through an early purchase program. RMC has existing investor relationships with several other large banks and institutional loan purchasers, and it does not anticipate that this change will significantly impact its business.

No other events have occurred subsequent to September 30, 2011, that required recognition or disclosure in the Company’s financial statements.
