Pension and Other Employee Benefits	(17) Pension and Other Employee Benefits The Company has certain defined benefit pension plans covering the employees of its Hitec-Imaging German subsidiary (formerly AEG). As of March 30, 2013 and September 29, 2012, the Company’s pension liability was $9.7 million, which is primarily recorded as a component of long-term liabilities in the Consolidated Balance Sheets. As of March 30, 2013 and September 29, 2012, the pension plans held no assets. The Company’s net periodic benefit cost and components thereof were not material during the three and six months ended March 30, 2013 and March 24, 2012.
