Item 8.01 Other Events.
     Medicis Pharmaceutical Corporation (“Medicis”) announced today the completion of training of its aesthetic sales force for DYSPORTTM (abobotulinumtoxinA), an acetylcholine release inhibitor and a neuromuscular blocking agent. Medicis immediately began taking preorders from aesthetic healthcare professionals for DYSPORTTM for the aesthetic indication (glabellar lines). Medicis has set the list price of DYSPORTTM at $475 per 300 Unit vial.
