DIVIDENDS DECLARED ON COMMON STOCK	14. DIVIDENDS DECLARED ON COMMON STOCK On June 8, 2011, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per issued and outstanding share of the Company's Class A common stock, which was paid on July 29, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2011. The $5.1 million dividend was recorded as a reduction of accumulated earnings and is included in other current liabilities in the accompanying condensed consolidated balance sheets as of June 30, 2011. The Company has not adopted a dividend policy.
