On July 23, 2018, Matthew J. Lucco, Secretary of Emclaire Financial Corp ("Emclaire"), and Senior Vice President and Chief Risk and Strategy Officer of The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton ("Farmers National"), notified Emclaire that he was resigning his positions with Emclaire and Farmers National, effective August 23, 2018, in order to pursue other business interests.
