On March 27, 2014, Caesars Entertainment Corporation (“Caesars”) priced its previously announced underwritten public primary offering of 7 million shares of common stock. Caesars has granted the underwriter of the offering an option to purchase up to 1.05 million additional shares of its common stock. The offering is expected to be consummated on or about April 2, 2014, subject to certain customary closing conditions.
