Harrah’s Entertainment Announces Completion of Merger With Caesars Entertainment

 

LAS VEGAS, June 13, 2005 — Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:HET) announced today that its previously announced acquisition of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:CZR) has closed.
