SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 23 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In accordance with ASC 855-10, the Company has analyzed its operations after June 30, 2022 to the date these consolidated financial statements were available to be issued. On August 2, 2022, the Company completed the issuance of 1,117,142 shares of its Common Stock for $16,757,130 to P Kevin HODL Ltd, an entity owned and controlled by Mr. Zhibiao Pan, who was subsequently appointed as the Company’s co-Chief Executive Officer on August 25, 2022. This sale was made pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement dated November 23, 2021 in transactions exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, in reliance on an exemption provided by Rule 903 of Regulation S and/or Section 4(a)(2) of the Securities Act.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
