Expenses Related to Specific Litigation Expenses related to specific litigation consist of legal expenses and costs related to the Unzipped litigation (See Note 9). For the Prior Year Quarter and Prior Year Six Months, the Company recorded an expense related to specific litigation of less than $0.1 million. There was no such expense in the Current Quarter or Current Six Months.
