Expenses Related to Specific Litigation Expenses related to specific litigation consist of legal expenses and costs related to the Unzipped litigation (See Note 9). For the Current Quarter the Company recorded an expense related to specific litigation of less than $0.1 million, as compared to $0.2 million in the Prior Year Quarter. For the Current Six Months the Company recorded a benefit related to specific litigation of $0.1 million, as compared to $0.2 million in the Prior Year Six Months. See Note 9 for detail on this litigation.
