Intangible Assets Disclosure [Text Block]

On our Consolidated Balance Sheets at June 27, 2020 and December 28, 2019, Intangible assets, net are shown net of accumulated amortization of $130.7 million and $127.4 million, respectively.

We recorded amortization expense related to intangible assets on the Consolidated Statements of Operations as presented in the following table:
