Business Combinations and Goodwill

Business Combinations and Goodwill:

In December 2011, we acquired SiliconBlue Technologies Ltd. ("SiliconBlue") for $63.2 million in cash. Of the total purchase price, $43.9 million was allocated to goodwill, $18.5 million was allocated to intangible assets, and the remaining to net tangible assets acquired. In July 2011, we acquired substantially all of the assets of Rise Technology Development Limited ("Rise"), for $1.0 million in cash. Of the purchase price, $0.9 million was allocated to goodwill and the remaining to net tangible assets acquired. No impairment charges relating to goodwill and intangible assets were recorded for the first three months of 2014 or 2013.
