On October 21, 2010, the Company's Board of Directors approved a stock repurchase program pursuant to which up to $20.0 million of outstanding common stock may be repurchased from time to time. The duration of the repurchase program is twelve months. In connection with this stock repurchase program, the Company entered into a 10b5-1 plan. During the three and six months ended July 2, 2011 approximately 600,000 and 1,300,000 shares were repurchased for $3.6 million and $8.0 million, respectively. During fiscal 2010, approximately 371,000 shares were repurchased for $2.0 million. All shares repurchased under this program were retired by July 2, 2011. All repurchases have and will be open market transactions and funded from available working capital. The number of shares that will be repurchased in the future will depend on market conditions, including the price of the common stock.
