Item 8.01-Other Events

 

Exabyte Corporation today announces that revenue for the second quarter ended June 30, 2006, is expected to be in the range of $19.0 million to $20.0 million, compared to $21.6 million for the quarter ended March 31, 2006, and $23.8 million for the second quarter of 2005.

 

The Company intends to issue a press release, and host a conference call open to the public, to review the complete second quarter results. The date and time of the conference call will be announced in connection with the issuance of the press release.
