CONTINGENCIES	CONTINGENCIES On June 19, 2017 Weatherproof Wireless, LLC filed a complaint against us in federal court in the District of Delaware. The complaint includes allegations against us pertaining to the infringement of Weatherproof Wireless, LLC patents by our access gateway and wireless router pods for public safety communications structures, including the Digi Utility Communication Hub with 4G LTE. We cannot predict the outcome of this matter or estimate a range of loss at this time or whether it will have a materially adverse impact on our business prospects and our consolidated financial condition, results of operations or cash flow. In addition to the matter discussed above, in the normal course of business, we are subject to various claims and litigation. There can be no assurance that any claims by third parties, if proven to have merit, will not materially adversely affect our business, liquidity or financial condition.
