EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS | EMPLOYEE BENEFIT PLANS We currently have a savings and profit sharing plan pursuant to Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code (the Code), whereby eligible employees may contribute up to 25% of their pre-tax earnings, not to exceed amounts allowed under the Code. We provide a match of 100% on the first 3% of each employee’s bi-weekly contribution and a 50% match on the next 2% of each employee’s bi-weekly contribution. In addition, we may make contributions to the plan at the discretion of the Board of Directors. We provided matching contributions of $1.6 million for fiscal 2014 and $1.4 million for fiscal 2013 and $1.3 million for fiscal 2012. |
