Employee 401(k) Plan	Employee 401(k) Plan The Company has established a defined contribution retirement plan with 401(k) plan features to provide retirement benefits to its eligible U.S. employees. Employees may make contributions through payroll withholdings of up to the lesser of $17,000 ($22,500 for participants older than 50) or 60% of their annual compensation for 2012. The Company elected to make no matching contributions during the years ended September 30, 2012, 2011 and 2010. Administrative expenses relating to the plan are insignificant.
