Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On November 2, 2007, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors approved a $30,000 bonus for each of Kong Yeu Han and Chang-Chaio Han. The bonus was for performance in fiscal 2007.
