During the three and nine months ended June 30, 2014, the Company recorded inventory write-downs of $2.1 million and $4.3 million, respectively. During the three and nine months ended June 30, 2013, the Company recorded inventory write-downs of $1.2 million and $3.5 million, respectively. The inventory write-downs were predominantly for excess and obsolescence and lower of cost or market issues on certain of the Company's products.
