Earnings Per Share, Policy	Options to purchase 304,630 and 81,375 shares of common stock were outstanding at September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, but were not included in the computation of diluted earnings per share for each of the three month and nine month periods because the options’ exercise prices were greater than the average market prices of the common shares for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively.
