Pamrapo Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) is working diligently to complete its Annual Report on Form 11-K for the Pamrapo Savings Bank, S.L.A. Profit Sharing-401(k) Plan and Trust for the year ended December 31, 2007. The Company did not receive the financial information necessary for the report from its third-party servicer in sufficient time to prepare the report.
