In October 2020, the Company announced a new initiative in support of its BCO Independent Contractor network relating to its regional field operations centers located in the United States and Canada. It is the intent of the Company that this network of field operations centers will further support the Company’s efforts in recruiting and retaining BCO Independent Contractors.
