9. Discontinued Operations

During the fourth fiscal quarter of 2013, the Company disposed of its operations in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia because those divisions did not align with the current strategic direction of the Company. The following table summarizes the financial results of the entities which have been reclassified as discontinued operations for the periods presented:
