Debt and Capital Leases Disclosures [Text Block]	5. Obligations Under Capital Leases The Company has incurred various capital lease obligations for computer equipment. This capital lease obligation totaled $689,000 and $904,000 as of March 31, 2013 and June 30, 2012, respectively.

The entire disclosure for debt and capital lease obligations can be reported.
