The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Mohawk Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 11, 2010, at which time stockholders were asked to elect a class of directors to serve a three-year term beginning in 2010 and ratify the selection of KPMG LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010.
