2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders Cognex Corporation’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on May 1, 2024 at Cognex Corporation, One Vision Drive, Natick, Massachusetts, at 9:00 a.m., local time. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations. The Board of Directors recommends a vote FOR the nominees listed in Proposal 1 and FOR Proposals 2 and 3. 1. The election of two directors to serve for a term ending in 2027.
