Restructuring Charges	NOTE 16: Restructuring Charges In 2009, the Company announced the closure of its SISD facility in Kuopio, Finland. In 2010, the Company recorded $75,000 related to this restructuring program. All obligations related to this program were fully paid as of the third quarter of 2010.
