  For mortgage loan #11 (Bushwick Multifamily Portfolio), two of the mortgaged properties, 679 Grand Street and 276 Nostrand Avenue, are comprised of multifamily and commercial space. 679 Grand Street is comprised of 7,717 square feet (85.6% of net rentable area) of multifamily space (10 units) and 1,300 square feet (14.4% of net rentable area) of commercial space. 276 Nostrand Avenue is comprised of 25,120 square feet (86.7% of net rentable area) of multifamily space (42 units) and 3,845 square feet (13.3% of net rentable area) of commercial space.
   
  For mortgage loan #14 (650 Madison Avenue), the Number of Units consists of 564,255 square feet of office space and 36,160 square feet of retail space. The retail component accounts for 24.4% of underwritten gross potential income.
   
  For mortgage loan #17 (Maxi-Space Portfolio), the Meridian mortgaged property’s number of units include 23,032 square feet of self storage space and 7,641 SF of office/retail/bandroom space, the Steele Street mortgaged property’s number of units include 21,164 square feet of self storage space and 2,982 square feet of office/retail space; the Pacific Avenue mortgaged property’s number of units include 17,729 square feet of self storage space and 7,460 square feet of office/retail space; the Steele Street Plaza Property mortgaged property’s number of units include 7,712 square feet of self storage space and 13,064 square feet of office/retail/warehouse space; the Up North mortgaged property’s number of units include 21,110 square feet of self storage space and 9,549 square feet of office/retail space; the 74th Street mortgaged property’s number of units include 18,977 square feet of self storage space and 4,466 square feet of bandroom space.  
   
(3) For mortgage loan #13 (Parkmerced), the Appraised Value assumes entitlements to develop additional units provided for in the recorded Development Agreement with the city of San Francisco. The As-Is Value Inclusive of Development Rights of $2.110 billion reflects the sum of (i) the “As-Is Value (Excluding all of Phase 1)” of $1.741 billion and (ii) the “As-Is Value of the Development Rights (Excluding all Phase 1)” of $369.0 million.   For mortgage loan #14 (650 Madison Avenue), the Appraised Value assumes payment of all rent concessions, tenant improvement and leasing commission (“TI/LC”) obligations as well as an escrow for future TI/LC expenditures. The borrower deposited upfront reserves totaling $9,576,014 for such contractual and future TI/LC obligations and free rent.
   
  For mortgage loan #17 (Maxi-Space Portfolio), the Appraised Value reflects an “as-bulk” appraised value, which includes a diversity premium based on an assumption that all of the mortgaged properties would be sold together as a portfolio. The Appraised Value assuming no portfolio level diversity premium is $33,110,000.
   
  For mortgage loan #28 (Crosstrax and Cherry Road Storage Portfolio), the Appraised Value reflects an “as-bulk” appraised value, which includes a diversity premium based on an assumption that all of the mortgaged properties would be sold together as a portfolio. The Appraised Value assuming no portfolio level diversity premium is $15,370,000.
   
(4) Certain tenants may not be in occupancy or may be in free rent periods. In particular, with respect to (i) single tenant properties, (ii) the largest 5 tenants with respect to the largest 15 mortgage loans and (iii) tenants that, or affiliated tenants that (in the aggregate), occupy 50% or more of the net rentable area of, or represent 50% or more of the underwritten revenues of related Mortgage Properties, certain of such tenants have not taken possession or commenced paying rent or

(5) For mortgage loan #17 (HPE Campus), the mortgaged property is operated pursuant to a master lease financing facility agreement between the related borrower, as master lessor, and DC Roseville Operator LLC, an affiliate of the borrower sponsor,  as master lessee, in connection with the Shari’ah compliant loan structure. The master lease financing facility agreement is scheduled to expire in March 2030 and is subordinate to the mortgage loan. See “Risk Factors—Risks Relating to Shari’ah Compliant Loans,” “Description of the Mortgage Pool— Mortgage Pool Characteristics—Shari’ah Compliant Loan” and “—Tenant Issues—Affiliated Leases” in this prospectus.
   
(6) Certain tenants may have lease termination options that are exercisable prior to the originally stated expiration date of the subject lease. In particular, with respect to (i) single tenant properties, (ii) the largest 5 tenants with respect to the largest 15 mortgage loans and (iii) tenants that, or affiliated tenants that (in the aggregate), occupy 50% or more of the net rentable area of, or represent 50% or more of the underwritten revenues of related Mortgaged Properties, certain of such tenants have unilateral termination options or termination options related to lack of appropriations with respect to all or a portion of their space. See “Description of the Mortgage Pool—Tenant Issues—Lease Expirations and Terminations—Terminations” in this prospectus for additional information, as well as the charts entitled “Major Tenants” and “Lease Expiration Schedules” for the 15 largest mortgage loans or groups of cross-collateralized mortgage loans presented on Annex A-3 to this prospectus.  
   
  For mortgage loan #25 (Jurupa Springs), the second largest tenant (14,000 square feet), representing 17.8% of net rentable square feet, has the right to terminate the lease by providing at least 180 day prior written notice, if the tenant, after exercising good faith efforts, is unsuccessful in completing its attempt to sublease or assign its lease to an unaffiliated third party within 90 days after notifying the borrower.
   
  For mortgage loan #30 (Gateway Tower), the largest tenant (69,437 square feet), representing 40.6% of net rentable square feet, may terminate its lease at any time with 90 days’ written notice and no termination fee. The second largest tenant (51,138 square feet), representing 29.9% of net rentable square feet, may terminate its lease at any time with 90 days’ written notice and no termination fee. The third largest tenant (14,046 square feet), representing 8.2% of net rentable square feet, may terminate its lease at any time after September 4, 2022 with 90 days’ written notice and no termination fee. The fourth largest tenant (7,435 square feet), representing 4.4% of net rentable square feet, may terminate its lease at any time after July 31, 2024 with 12 months’ written notice if such tenant does not receive sufficient funding to operate in Kansas.  A termination fee is due equal to the sum of landlord’s contributions plus $47,956 plus legal fees with interest of 10% per annum. The fifth largest tenant (6,459 square feet), representing 3.8% of net rentable square feet, may terminate its lease at any time with 90 days’ written notice and no termination fee.   
   
  For mortgage loan #34 (8300 College Boulevard), the second largest tenant (17,949 square feet), representing 31.5% of net rentable square feet, has a one-time right to terminate its lease as of August 1, 2023 by providing at least 270 days’ written notice and paying a termination fee equal to three months of rent plus the unamortized portion of all of the following calculated at 6.5% interest amortized over the remainder of the lease term for which the tenant was to have paid rent: (a) all commissions paid by the landlord in the acquisition of the lease, (b) all tenant improvements paid or provided by the landlord and (c) the four months of free rent provided.
   
(7) For mortgage loan #12 (Liberty Walk at East Gate), TI/LC underwriting is inclusive of a straight-line credit for the upfront TI/LC reserve equal to $117,300, which is 10.0% of the upfront TI/LC reserve of $1,173,000. At loan closing, $1,173,000 was deposited into a tenant improvement and leasing commission reserve account for future re-tenanting expenses.
   
(8) For mortgage loan #26 (Central California Portfolio), the largest tenant at the Tuscan Square mortaged property (2,904 square feet), representing 19.2% of the net rentable area of such mortaged property, is an affiliate of the borrower.
