(b)        On January 12, 2009, Robert Mitchell informed GTSI Corp. of his resignation as an employee and Senior Vice-President, Operations and IT of GTSI Corp. effective March 6, 2009. Mr. Mitchell also relinquished his title as Chief Information Officer (CIO) effective as of January 12, 2009.
