Goodwill	7. Goodwill See footnote 2, Acquisitions, for additional information on our recent acquisitions. We review goodwill for impairment annually during the first quarter of each fiscal year, or more frequently if impairment indicators arise. The review of impairment consists of either using a qualitative approach to determine whether it is more likely than not that the fair value of the assets is less than their respective carrying values or a one-step quantitative impairment test. The results of the first quarter analysis did not result in an impairment since the fair value of each reporting unit exceeded its carrying value.
