Goodwill	6. Goodwill Annually during the first quarter, or more frequently if impairment indicators arise, the Company reviews goodwill and intangible assets with indefinite lives for impairment. As a result of the first quarter 2018 change in our organizational and internal reporting structure, we have determined that we have one reportable segment. We have reassessed our reporting units in light of this change and have deemed the collective omni-channel banners in North America and International to be the two reporting units at which goodwill is tested. Therefore, goodwill was re-allocated to these reporting units based on their relative fair values. As required, we conducted our annual impairment review both before and after this change. Neither review resulted in the recognition of impairment, as the fair value of each reporting unit exceeded its carrying value.
