Dividends	Note 9. Dividends In each of March and June 2012, we paid a quarterly cash dividend on our common stock of $0.12 per share, as approved by our Board of Directors. The aggregate cash payments related to these dividends totaled $16.9 million. On August 9, 2012, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on our common stock of $0.12 per share, payable on September 18, 2012 to holders of record of our common stock on September 4, 2012. The cash payment related to this dividend is expected to be $8.4 million.

Note 9. Dividends
