Dividends	Note 10. Dividends In each of March and June 2011, we paid a quarterly cash dividend on our common stock of $0.11 per share, as approved by our Board of Directors. The aggregate cash payments related to these dividends totaled $15.6 million. On August 5, 2011, our Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on our common stock of $0.11 per share, payable on September 15, 2011 to holders of record of our common stock on September 1, 2011. The cash payment related to this dividend is expected to be $7.8 million.

Note 10. Dividends
