Additionally, since the reporting person's last report, an aggregate of 1,261,113 shares of Common Stock, which were indirectly beneficially owned by the reporting person through grantor retained annuity trusts, were transferred by such grantor retained annuity trusts to the reporting person and are now included in the amount of securities beneficially owned by the reporting person directly.</footnote>
