RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
 
 
 
CRH plc announces that yesterday, 6th June 2018, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 1,268 Ordinary Shares at a price of €16.19 per Ordinary Share and at the prices of £16.16 and £24.51 per Ordinary Share.
 
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 3,518,825 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.  The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 839,871,513.
