  (b) Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc. announced that Leonard A. Kosar, Executive Vice President in charge of the company’s timberland resources business, is leaving the company effective March 1, 2007. The Company is considering alternatives as outlined in its succession plan for executives to identify Mr. Kosar’s successor.
