Related Party Transactions	Related Party TransactionsThe Company has entered into a series of agreements with GEG for outsourced software application development services. The Company and GEG have also entered into a common stock purchase agreement. For discussion related to the common stock purchase agreement, see Note 6. Two members of the Company's board of directors serve on the GEG board of directors. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020, the Company paid $1.2 million to GEG for software application development services.
