Related Party Transactions	Related Party TransactionsThe Company has entered into a series of agreements with GEG for outsourced software application development services, including a convertible note agreement. For discussion related to the convertible note between the Company and GEG, see Note 2. Two members of the Company's board of directors serve on the GEG board of directors. During the three months ended September 30, 2019, the Company paid $0.6 million to GEG for software application development services.
